I’m an Internal Family System’s (IFS) Practioner. What is IFS coaching you ask?

🔬1 part science. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based, non-pathologizing, therapeutic modality. 

🧘🏽 1 part guided meditation that seems to work really well for the fidgeting and distractable (like myself). Also, again, with the science, meditation has been proven to increase focus, ease psychological symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and ADHD and improve immune function, blood sugar levels, and heart health.

😖 1 part using life's little and big annoyances as a jumping off point to land in a place of more ease.

🧩 1000 parts all your parts. All aspects of your personality, thoughts, feelings and experiences will be met with openness, care, and appreciation.  

The hope is that mixing all this together with some curiosity, compassion, and human-realness brings more 🔎 clarity, 🌱 groundedness, 🌴 calm, 💥exuberance, 🌈 vibrancy, and 🌝 fullness into your life. You will do the work - there’s no escaping that - but you won’t have to do it alone.
